Our Expansive Fabrication Facility

 

Sheet-metal duct work and fittings are not one-size-fits-all products to SMC. Our 47,600 sqft. fabrication facility is a dedicated space for construction of offsite client systems.  We provide custom duct work in a large verity of gauges and metals and incorporate packaging procedures addressing contaminate control with sealing features, meeting entity requirements such as schools, hospitals and other sensitive locations. Quickly turns out complex shapes and curves prior to the completion of the individual pieces of ductwork. Once assemblies are completed, they are sealed and loaded into trailers to await shipment to the jobsite. Ductwork is only part of an HVAC system and SMC is able to meet all of your heating and cooling needs, with experience in the installation of everything from condenser farms, to 5 million BTU chiller units and Geothermal Systems.
