Jere D. Stouffer, Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Jere Stouffer is a Penn State graduate with an Associate’s degree in Engineering and has completed Penn State’s Building Construction Technology course.

Jere is accomplished in the construction trade. He is a Licensed Master Electrician, a Licensed Master Plumber and an HVAC Service Technician. Jere holds an Unlimited Building Construction License in addition to being a Licensed Plumber in the State of South Carolina; he also holds an HVAC License in the State of West Virginia. Jere is Refrigerant Certified, Smart House Certified, Hydropulse Certified and I.B.R. Certified.

Jere is a seasoned veteran in the construction industry. He has been assisting clients with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler system developments and improvements for 35 years. Not long after Jere started working in this industry, he became the General Manager and owner of J&D Stouffer, General Contractors. From there on, Jere’s management skills have continued to develop through his responsibilities as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager.

Jere is family oriented and enjoys working alongside his sons at Stouffer Mechanical Contractor. With this, Jere instills and believes that to enhance the working environment, Stouffer Mechanical Contractor must offer quality service to their customers. Jere’s dedication to this industry is shown through his long hours, hard work and willingness to stay until the job is complete.

Shane C. Stouffer, Member, Co-Founder, Project Superintendent

Shane Stouffer has been in the HVAC industry for nine years and believes in supplying Stouffer Mechanical Contractor’s clients with cost effective, high quality workmanship.

Shane is a Certified UNIVERSAL Technician and has been trained and certified in several other courses. He has completed the Boiler Fundamentals, Boiler Operations & Advanced Boiler training courses. He has also attended courses on Heating & Cooling Controls, Cooling Tower Fundamentals, Troubleshooting Electrical Controls, Heat Pump Training, Furnace Demo and Fundamentals of Oil Heating.

As Project Superintendent, Shane travels daily in between Stouffer Mechanical Contractor’s larger projects making sure that all is right on track.

Jared H. Stouffer, Member, Project Manager

Jared Stouffer is a 2005 Pennsylvania College of Technology graduate. He has a degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Jared is EPA Certified, Confined Space Certified and Aerial Lift Certified. Among his certifications, Jared has also completed the Mitsubishi CITY MULTI Service Course held in Chicago, IL.

Jared works on a daily basis with his father, Jere, preparing bid proposals, securing pricing and managing several of Stouffer Mechanical Contractor’s projects. Jared has been in this industry and has worked with Stouffer Mechanical Contractor for six years.
